1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Refrigerant cylinders or containers that have been opened or tampered with cannot be returned due to safety regulations.
2. How to Start a Return
- Email us at contact@testbank.store with your order number and reason for return.
- We will reply within 1 business day with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
